Terms And Conditions
- Reservation needs 30% down payment
- The full balance must be settled 7 days before the trip
- Reschedule maximum 30 days before trip
- Due to force majeure, trip will be rescheduled or itinerary will be changed for passanger’s safety
- Force majeure include natural disasters, bad weather, riot, disease outbreak and government regulations
- Delayed flight that cause guest arriving late at the meeting point will be assumed as “no show”, and no refund for that.
- When arriving late, guest can still take speed boat on their own expenses to join the trip
Cancellation Policy
- ≤ 1 Month before trip = no refund
- 2 -3 moths before trip = 30 %
- ≥ 4 months before trip = 50 %
